I Love My Senegalese Twists…And So Do You!

Hey there peaches! Lately I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on my hair which is currently styled in Senegalese Twists. I wanted to fill you all in on where I got them done so you can do the same!
When I saw my friend Ishea of awesome blog, Six Twenty Seven in her twists I knew I had to have them. I thought they were just gorgeous! After obtaining the info from her I had an appointment booked with hair stylist, Nana.
Nana is located in the South Shore area here in Chicago. She braids out of her home where she has a separate room just for her clients. Nana is so very nice and professional and let me rule the remote for the TV. I OD’d on Everybody Hates Chris but she also has wi-fi that she’ll let you use while you’re there–so great!
The process took just 8 hours which is short in my world because I’ve had twists done before and it took 12 hours. I got there at 9a and was done at 5p just like a regular work day. I absolutely love how my twists turned out, as have so many of you (hence the title of this post) and I highly recommend you going to Nana! I already know I will be going back to her again and I haven’t even taken these down yet!
